Mrs. Anne O. Campbell is a lecturer in speech communication at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. She received her B.S. in communication from Bloomsburg University in May 1978 and her M.Ed. in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University in May 1982. Mrs. Campbell comes to Penn State Erie with work experience as a training specialist at the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station and teaching experience at the high school, community college, and university level. Mrs. Campbell’s communication skills are in the following areas: small-group dynamics, public address, instructional design and technology, and forensics (speech and debate).
