"I Lift Weights" Club This year we will be offering an “I lift weights” club similar to the 100 mile club. Each student who registers will get a log sheet to keep track of their lifting days. The goal is to average three days a week of weight lifting. Anyone reaching this goal and who turns in their log sheet will receive a “I lift weights” club t-shirt. This club is run on the honor system. You will be responsible for recording the workout days on your log sheet and turning the log sheet in by the end of the semester. Register in the Intramural Office in the Junker Center. The registration deadlines are as follows: Fall 2008 Spring 2009
