In the 2006-07 seasons, he led the men's team to a 5-1 conference mark, tying Frostburg State for first place in the regular season. The men went on to finish third in the AMCC Tournament. The women were a glamorous 15-1 and 6-0 in league play en route to winning the league championship. In ten seasons, Barger has collected a record of 206-143 at Penn State Behrend.
