Overview:
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) adoption is growing at an annual rate of 46% and will eventually be found in all types of consumer goods and industrial equipment. Wal-Mart, Target, and the Department of Defense all have mandates requiring their vendors to ship pallets and cases of material with RFID tags attached. These mandates will soon include 100% of their vendors and the requirements are already beginning to trickle through the supply chain. Businesses will need to adopt RFID technology, not only to satisfy customer requirements, but also to increase productivity and remain competitive.
This training will give you an introduction to RFID technology and capabilities with many demonstrations using leading edge RFID readers, antennas, and tags.
We are in the early stages of RFID adoption and NOW is the time to gain experience and implement a pilot project. Stay ahead of this paradigm shifting technology and begin your journey now by attending the Introduction to RFID training!
